Please keep in mind when purchasing your gift a new mum's stay in hospital is often brief . It may be preferable to have your gift delivered to a home address perhaps even your own home for you to deliver personally yourself.  This will eliminate charges and fee's incurred for parcel redirection.

 

Hospital deliveries may incur additional charges as a priority courier service may be required to ensure prompt delivery, due to patient discharge.  If you would prefer to have your gift delivered to a hospital please allow 2 full working days from placing your order. Be sure to provide us with as much information as possible, such as the name of the new mother (recipient) and the room number where possible.

 

-  Gift receivers first and last name      -  Name and suburb of hospital     -  Ward & Room number

-  Discharge date, please check as some patients may be discharged earlier than first thought.

 

Parcels delivered to a hospital or business address will be directed to reception.  On signature receipt of delivery no responsibility will be taken for parcels after this point.  We will assume your gift has been redirected to the recipient following signature confirmation.

 

Delivery times are adhered to as best we can, once you have ordered your gift, it will be sent out as promptly as possible, however once collected by our courier service no guarantees can be made as to absolute accuracy of our time frames.  We will certainly do our best to meet these time frames and deliver your gift as promptly & safely as possible. Should you require your gift sooner than our current delivery times, we may be able to accomodate your requirements for next day delivery depending on location and availability of courier etc. with additonal charges met by customer. please call to enquire.

 

On delivery a signature proof of receipt is required unless otherwise specified by yourself, if you have given us authority to leave your gift without the collection of a signature we will not be held responsible for any theft or damage that may occur.  If no-one is home on delivery and you have not given us authority to leave your gift without a signature, a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery time and a

re-delivery fee will be charged..

 

Redirection of gift 

We will endeavor to assist if the need arises for redirection of your gift, however we will not accept responsibility for charges or delays incurred due to recollection and redirection of your gift to an alternate address. Additional charges will be at your expense

 

No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. Gifts ordered on a Thursday, Friday or over weekend will be sent out on Monday. Unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock at the time of ordering we reserve the right to substitute that product.  In doing so we will locate another similar item where possible.

We will of course GUARANTEE that the replacement item will be equal to or GREATER in value than the item.

 

Garments may vary in size, all items are specifically suited for newborn or up to 3 months, occasionally a substitute may need to be made, in this case the substitute size used will be no larger than size 0.  We aim to please, so if you require a specific size or color within your desired product, please contact us prior to purchase and we shall do our best to meet your specific requirements.
